摘要
通过BP(backpropagation)神经网络对工程车辆“两参数换挡规律”进行系统建模和控制 ,并利用在ZL5 0装载机传动系统换挡实验中获得的数据进行验证性仿真 ,所得到的仿真挡位与实验挡位基本保持一致 ,表明该BP神经网络挡位控制系统可根据操作工况环境实现正确的变速箱挡位控制 ,这是实现工程车辆挡位决策智能化的一种行之有效的方法 .
Back propagation (BP) neural networks is used to set up system model and control for engineering vehicle two values shift schedule, and a test simulation is developed based on the data that obtained from the shift experiment on ZL50 loader transmission system. The obtained simulation shift is basically consistent with the experiment shift. It shows that BP neural networks shift control system can realize correct gear-box control according to operation work situation. It is an effective method to realize the intelligence of engineering vehicle shift decision.
