摘要
针对甘薯淀粉加工过程中因大量废水排放造成的环境污染以及产品色泽较深等实际问题 ,进行了新鲜甘薯生产淀粉新工艺研究 ,新工艺主要是通过部分废水循环回用和纤维分离逆流操作来减少废水产生 ,工艺初始阶段即加入质量分数为 0 .1 %的酸式亚硫酸钠水溶液 ,控制褐变反应。生产应用结果表明新工艺生产废水排放量减少了 75 % ,产品白度提高到 78度 ,生产工序简单 。
In the starch producing process by sweet potatoes, the released wastewater poses serious problem of environmental pollution and the starch produced is of a brown color. In respect to these problems, a new technology is developed. According to the new technology, the wastewater can be reused, so the amount of wastewater can be reduced by 75% while the whitening of starch can be increased to 78 by adding NaHSO 3 (0.1%) at the initial production stage. Besides, the simplicity of the technology makes it suitable for large scale starch production in factories.
