摘要
设计计算机械工作循环的实质是协调各执行机构运动区段的逻辑关系和时序关系 .将功能、行为和结构抽象为“工作”,隶属关系、逻辑关系和时序关系抽象为“箭线”,运用搭接网络技术可建立基于功能 -工艺动作 -执行机构的机械运动系统概念设计过程模型 .该模型的 3个基本层次各含有多个子层 ,子层网络结构由工作和箭线构成 .功能、行为和结构的映射通过工作实现 ,各层之间隶属关系、逻辑关系和时序关系的映射通过箭线实现 .为设计计算工作循环 ,建立了该模型结构子层的数学模型 .
The essence of designing the work cycle is to coordinate the logic dependency among the motion sections of each mechanism. The function, behavior and structure are abstracted to be “activity”, the dependencies of subjection, logic and temporal are abstracted to be “arrow”. The process model of conceptual design, which has function, behavior, structure level, is built based on the multi dependency network planning technique. Each level has several sub levels, which consist of activity and arrow. A math model of the sub structure level is built to calculate the work cycle. An application illustrates that the process model can describe the conceptual design process and design the work cycle.
