摘要
本文从微量元素营养的角度 ,对新疆和田地区民丰县土壤、饲草及放牧山羊血液和肝脏中Cu、Fe、Zn和Mn含量进行了调查分析。结果表明 ,土壤中有效Cu的平均值为 0 .5 5 1× 10 -6g ,显著低于新疆和全国土壤中有效Cu的平均值 1.81× 10 -6g ;有效Fe的平均值为 6 .5 5× 10 -6g ,有效Zn的平均值为 0 .4 4 4× 10 -6g ,有效Mn的平均值为 4 .75 5× 10 -6g ,均分别低于新疆平均值 11.90× 10 -6g、0 .790× 10 -6g和 7.13× 10 -6g ;但所测饲草中Fe、Zn和Mn含量的平均值分别为 2 6 8.885× 10 -6g ,10 6 .4 73× 10 -6g和 34.5 5 9× 10 -6g ,基本上在饲草正常值的范围内 ;而Cu含量为 1.6 86× 10 -6g ,则明显偏低。山羊血液中Cu浓度为 (5± 2 .6 4 )×10 -6g ,肝脏Cu含量为 (6 .14± 1.6 8)× 10 -6g ,比健康山羊相应的Cu含量明显偏低。统计分析表明 ,和田地区民丰县为缺铜地区 。
The contents of Cu,Fe,Zn and Mn in soil,forages,goat blood and liver were studied in Minfeng county of Hetian region in Xinjiang. Results showed the mean values of Cu,Fe,Mn,Zn in soil were 0.551×10 -6 g, 6.55×10 -6 g, 4.755×10 -6 g, 0.444×10 -6 g, respectively. These were significantly lower than those of the whole country and Xinjiang(1.81×10 -6 g,11.90×10 -6 g,7.13×10 -6 g,0.790×10 -6 g, respectively). The mean values of Fe,Zn,Mn in forages were 268.885×10 -6 g,106.473×10 -6 g and 34.559×10 -6 g and they were all in the range of animal need. But the mean values of Cu in forages, goat blood and goat liver [1.688×10 -6 g,(5±2.64)×10 -6 g,(6.14±1.68)×10 -6 g, respectively] were significantly lower than those in normal forages and healthy goat. Based on the results, we can primarily draw a conclusion that Minfeng County of Hetian is a copper deficiency area, especially in Grass-Lake area.
