摘要
采用抑菌圈法和孢子萌发抑制法 ,选用近年在生产上应用的 15种农药 ,对草坪褐斑病病原菌(Rhizoctoniasolani)和离蠕孢叶枯病 (Bipolarissorokiniana)进行了毒力测定。结果表明 :12种农药对病原菌R .solani的抑菌效果由好至劣排序是菌核净 =代森锰锌 =枯腐宁 >杀毒矾 >粉锈宁 >克露 >百菌清 >可杀得 >甲霜灵 >普力克 >甲基托布津 >多菌灵。 8种不同药剂对病原菌B .sorokiniana的抑制效果表明 :5 0 %施保功可湿性粉剂 15 0 0倍液效果最好 ,其抑菌圈直径和抑制分生孢子萌发率分别为 4 6 .2mm和 81.3%,其他几种药剂对孢子萌发也有较好的抑制作用。
The inhibiting test of 12 kinds of fungicide showed Jun hejing=mancozeb=Kufuning>Sandofan>Fanxiuning>Curzate-M8>Dacotech>Kocide>Jiashuangling>Previcur>Topsin-M>Duojunling.Bipolaris sorokiniana may affect turf grass to cause leaf spot,bud rot seedling blight,root,sheath rot.Conidia germinate well on slide water surface.The inhibiting test of 8kinds of fungicide showed Sporgon 50Wp was most effective,and the inhibiting effect of the others was well to the conidia germination.
