摘要
在我国工业化的历史进程中 ,产业结构曾长期存在一种非良性化与非优化的趋势。本文根据我国产业发展过程的特点 ,从产业政策、基础产业和基础设施建设、高新技术产业、产业结构的高级化以及以教育、科研为重点的第三产业等 5个方面提出对策 ,旨在全面推进我国产业转换与升级。
During the historical process of our country's industrialization,the industrial structure has been tending to be non-effective and non-advantageous.According to the characteristics of our industrial development,this article puts forward the strategies from respects ——the industrial policies,the construction of foundational industry and installation,new advanced technological industry,the advancement of industrial structure,and the third industy which emphases on education and science.The purpose of the strategies is to promote our country's industrial transformation and advancement comprehensively.
