摘要
总结分析了182例二尖瓣闭式扩张术的临床资料,并对本组病例特点、手术径路及瓣口扩张大小的选择进行了讨论。
The approaches taken were 112 cases through a left anterior thoractomy, 65 cases through a right anterior thoractomy and 5 cases through bilateral thoractomy. The mitral orifice were dilated to 3.0～3.2 cm in diameter on 152 cases (83%). The most unexpected dangerous accident and complications were the difficult with drawal of the mechanical dilator from the subvalvular region with severe blood loss or the sudden cardiac arrest. The operative fatality rate was 1.6% (3 cases). The postoperative re-examination and follow-up records in 160 cases were classified as excellent, good, improvement and poor in 41 cases (25.6%), 92 cases (57.5%), 3 cases(14.3%), and 3 cases (1.9%) respectively and 1 case died (0.8%) .In the article, the clinical characteristics of these patients treated, the choice of operative approach and the size of the mitral orifice dilated were discussed.
