肝脏占位性病变低磁场MRI诊断价值探讨

摘要 对磁共振成象MRI诊断的59例肝占位性病变分析,认为肝癌肿采用T2加权像较T1加权像易识别,而T1加权像上肝囊肿显示最清楚,T2加权像对肝血管瘤呈均匀高信号,对部分大的血管瘤尚能辨认纤细间质和血管暗纹,借此可对以上三者鉴别。以往认为在肝占位病变上MRI不及CT,而本文资料表明,低磁场MRI则优于CT与B超。 The diagnostic value of low field magnetic resonance imaging was evaluated in 59 cases with hepatic masses. When the signal characteristics in T1W and T2W was compared, T2W imaging was found more valuable than that of T1W to differentiate carcinomas of the liver, and TIW showed clearest imaging of cysts. T2W gave an even high signal of hemangioma and differedtiated tenuous mesenchyme and vascular veins in some big hemangiomas。Therefore, the conclusion was made that low field magnetic resonance imaging was useful in diagnosing hepatic masses superior to CT or ultrasound.
