摘要
本文根据形位公差国家标准的有关规定 ,剖析了包容要求、最大实体要求和最小实体要求的含义。结合多年结构设计的实践 ,论述了在机械结构设计中应用包容要求、最大实体要求、最小实体要求的意义。得出了在结构设计中应用相关要求 ,既可控制工件的尺寸 ,又可控制工件的形状及各要素之间的位置 ,并可方便加工与检测的结论。为提高产品质量 ,降低生产成本 ,提供了有效的设计途径 ,建议在结构设计中积极推广和应用。
Based on the national standards on geometric tolerance, the paper analyses the significance of ER (Envelope Requirement), MMR (Maximum Material Requirement) and LMR (Least Material Requirement). Associated with accumulated practice in structural design, the paper discusses the proper recognition in the application of ER, MMR and LMR in mechanical structural design, and reaches upon the conclusion that not only can the size and shape of parts be controlled, but also the sites and locations among the elements, thus facilitating the processing and measurement of parts, once the relevant requirements are followed in the structural design. To improve the quality of a product, lessen the cost of production, and provide effective design ideas, their application and active spread are suggested in the structural design.
