摘要
应用双“J”管作为对输尿管狭窄,输尿管修复术以及体外震波碎石前的辅助治疗共42例,41例痊愈。文中对双“J”管的应用范围、作用、使用方法及并发症作了讨论。
Double 'J' stent was used as a pre-operative treatment in the operation of ureterostenrosis, ureter prosthesis and extracorporeal shock wave litho-trity (ESWL) of upper and middle urinary tract. In this article, 42 cases were treated by the application of double 'J' stent and 41 cases were cured. The indications, technique of this application and the manegement of its complications were discussed, the author realized that the management of double 'J' stent is simple, and its drainage is smooth and easy with less complicatiors. It may be worth to be applied and disseminated.
