钴基合金激光熔覆组织及其耐磨耐蚀性研究 被引量:7

摘要 利用CO2 激光器在Q2 35低碳钢基体表面熔覆Co基合金 ,并利用电子显微镜技术观察和分析了激光熔覆层的显微组织特征。耐磨性、抗擦伤性和耐腐蚀性等性能实验表明 ,与等离子喷涂层相比 。 A Co-based alloy was melted and claded on the Q235 mild steel substrate by means of CO 2 laser, and the microstructure characteristics of the cladding was observed and analyzed by means of electronmicroscope. The results of the wear, abrasion and corrosion tests show that the abrasion and corrosion resistance of the laser cladding is better than that of the plasma spray coating.
