摘要
通过对不锈钢钢丝绳夹座熔模铸造热节点孔洞的分析 ,确定了孔洞为气孔 ,并对产生气孔的原因进行了分析 ,找到了产生气孔的原因 ,通过采用清洗废料表面的油污、杂质切断气源、增大直浇道热节点的面积和采用直接浇注等工艺措施 ,消除了气孔 。
Through analyzing the holes in the thermal centers of stainless steel wirerope clamper castings produced by investment casting, the authors recognize them to be gas holes and find the causes of gas hole formation. The gas holes were eliminated by taking some technical measures, which improve the casting quality.
