组元配比对高能球磨固态还原反应的影响

Effect of composition of initial powder mixtures on solid state reduction reaction during high-energy ball milling

摘要 研究了两种球磨强度下不同铝含量的Al/CuO高能球磨固态还原反应。理想配比的Al/CuO的反应孕育期最短。偏离这一配比 ,孕育期增长 ,反应由燃烧式逐渐过渡到渐进式完成。球磨强度的提高能够扩大以燃烧式进行的组元配比范围。当铝含量超过理想配比中的比例 ,随Al含量增加 ,反应由单一还原反应向还原 +合成反应模式转化 ,反应产物依次为Cu +Al2 O3 、Cu9Al4+Al2 O3 、CuAl2 +Al2 O3 、Al(Cu) +Al2 O3 ,并与球磨Al-Cu -Al2 O3 The solid state reduction reaction of Al/CuO powder mixtures with different Al contents during high energy ball milling was researched, and two kinds of milling intensities were adopted. The activation time before ignition of the Al/CuO mixtures with stoichiometric composition is shortest, otherwise the activation time will be protracted, and the reaction will change from a combust way to a gradual way. An increase in milling intensity can enlarge the range of mixture ratio of the reactants that react by means of combustion. After the Al content exceeds the stoichiometric ratio, the reaction changes from single reduction way to reduction+synthsis composite way, and the products successively are Cu+Al 2O 3, Cu 9Al 4+Al 2O 3, CuAl 2+Al 2O 3 and Al(Cu)+Al 2O 3. The reaction process is compared with that of ball-milled Al-Cu-Al 2O 3 mixture, too
