癌胚抗原免疫放射与放射免疫测定对肺癌诊断的研究

摘要 采用英国产癌胚抗原(CEA)免疫放射(IRMA)试剂盒及国产CEA放射免疫(RIA)试剂盒,对肺癌组65例患者及对照组11例成人血清与支气管肺泡灌洗(BAL)液的CEA浓度进行测定。两种方法测定结果(X±S);对照组血清分别为2.09±1.19μg/L,7.58±4.07μg/L;BAL液分别为11.21±7.75μg/L,32.46±14.54μg/L。肺癌组血清分别为7.72±14.13μg/L,18.25±17.87μgBAL液分别为84.07±42.04μg/L,71.17±35.85μ/Lg。研究发现IRMA分析法明显优于RIA分析法,BAL液中CEA浓度明显高于血清浓度。其中以IRMA测定的BAL液对肺癌的阳阴性诊断率最高(70.8%)。 The concentrations of carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) of serum and bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) in 65 patients of pulmonary carcinoma and 11 no rmal controls were determined using both immunoradiometric assay (IRMA) with Amersham CEA IRMA Kits and radioimmunoassay (RIA) with Shanghai Chemical Laboratories RIA Kits. The results X± SD with above 2 methods were as follows: In normal controls, the concentration of CEA in serum was 2.09±1.19μg/L) IRMA ) and 7.58±4.07μg/L(RIA) respectively, The concentration of CEA in BAL was 11.21±7.7μg/Land 32.46±14.45μg/l respectively In pulmonary carcinoma patients, the concentration of CEA in serum was 7.72±14.13μg/L and 18.25±17.87μg/L respectively and the concentration of CEA in Bal was 84.07±42.04μg/L and 71.17±35.85μg/L respectively. We found that IRMA was much better than RIA for the diagnosis of pulmonary cercinoma. The highest diagnostic accordance was obtained when concentrations of CEA in BAL were determined by uaing IRMA with Amersham CEA IRMA Kits.
