摘要
报告由超声心动图检出的56例老年退行性心脏瓣膜病(SDCVD),其中49例(87.5％)首发症状为SRVHD的严重并发疗,包括心力衰竭(35.7％)、心律失常(37.5％)、动脉栓塞(1例)及感染性心内膜炎(1例)。9例并发Ⅱ～Ⅲ°房室传导阻滞,其中6例最终需人工心脏起搏。作者着重探讨其并发症,同时对并发症的机制进行了讨论并强调SRVHD在老年疾患中的重要性。
This report reviewed the urgent compiications of 56 patients with senile degenerative cardiac valvular diseases (SDCVD) diagnosed by ultrasonic cardiogram, among them, 49 patients(87.5%) were checked, because their first symptom occurred was severe complications of SDCVD, including heart failure(35.7%), arthythmia(37.5%), arterial embolism(1 case) and infective endocarditis(1 case). Nine patients of the group(16.1%) were complicated with Ⅱ°～Ⅲ° atrioventricuiar block and 6 of them eventually had to require artificial cardiac pacemaker for management of symptometic bradyarrhythmias. This paper inquired emphatically into their compiieations and at the same time, the mechanisms of the complications were discussed as well. And the importance of SDCVD in the senile patients were emphasized.
