摘要
查新审核是查新的最后一个环节 ,也是实施查新质量控制的重要措施 ,查新审核的主要对象是查新报告。本文从分析查新报告的常见问题入手 ,归纳了查新要点提炼、文献检索、查新结论撰写三个过程中的常见失误 。
As the final step in novelty assessment,Checking process in very important for quality control in novelty assessing.The object of checking is the novelty assessment report.In this article,the common mistakes in the course of extracting outlines,information retrieval and drawing conclusions in novelty assessment is analyzed,and how to improve the quality of novelty assessment by the feedback in checking process is also discussed.
