摘要
应用激光血卟啉衍生物治疗表浅性膀胱癌16例,激光照射26枚肿瘤体,治疗率87.5％。临床观察本法具有疗效高、安全、易掌握的优点;并提出激光血卟啉衍生物与YAG激光联合应用,效果更好。在集中照射肿瘤体的同时,普遍照射膀胱粘膜,对膀胱镜下难以观察的原位癌也可达到治疗目的,并有预防意义。
Sixteen patients suffering from superficial carcinoma of urinary bladder have been treated by laser-hematoporphyrin derivatives and altogether 26 tumor bodies have been irradiated by laser. The rate of tumor vanished was 87.5%and the case curative rate was 80.8％. Through clinical observations, this treatment revealed good curative effect.It is safe and easy to be mastered. The authors put forward that it is more effective to treat the patients with the combination of laser-hematoporphyrin derivatives and YAG laser.When the tumor bodies are receiving concentrate irradiation, the whole inucous membrane of bladder can also be irradiated widely at the same time. Thus, this kind of treatment can be applied for preivasive carcinoma which is difficult to be Observed under cystoscope, and it possesses prophylactie effect too.
