摘要
目的 :探讨纯红细胞再生障碍性贫血的病因、发病机制、诊断和治疗。方法 :采用回顾性病例分析方法。结果 :纯红细胞再生障碍性贫血有多种病因 ;骨髓象有诊断意义 ;激素、免疫抑制剂、大剂量球蛋白、EPO、环孢菌素 A治疗均有效。结论
Objective:To investigate the diagnosis, etiology, pathogenesis and therapy of pure red cell aplasia (PRCA). Methods: Fifteen cases with PRCA was reviewed and analysed in the report. Results: Variety of causes was resulted in PRCA and detection of morphological smear slides of bone marrow was important for diagnosis.It was effective for treatment of the PRCA patient with corticosteroids, immunosuppresors, large dose of intravenous immunoglobulin and EPO as well as cyclosporin A. Conclusion:It is satisfied for PRCA patients to treat with above single or combined therapy according to their etiologic agents.
