摘要
目的 应用 Mc Ab- Dot- EL ISA检测牛日本血吸虫病血清循环抗原并观察其与现场粪孵结果的符合情况。方法 用辣根过氧化物酶标记日本血吸虫单抗 SSJ14 ;应用 Mc Ab- Dot- EL ISA检测现场和实验室感染牛日本血吸虫血清循环抗原。结果 检验酶标单抗的特异性和敏感性显示该株单抗有较高的特异性和敏感性 ,用实验室感染血吸虫病的阳性牛血清及阴性血清检测有 10 0 %的符合率 ,检测现场采集血清的循环抗原的结果和粪孵结果对比 ,总符合率达到 82 .91%。结论 SSJ14单抗和由此研制的 Mc Ab- Dot- EL ISA方法能应用于牛日本血吸虫病血清循环抗原的检测。
Objective To promote application of detecting circulating antigen in sera of cattle with schistosomiasis japonica by McAb Dot ELISA. Methods McAb SSJ14 was labeled with HRP and applied to detect the Schistosoma japonicum circulating antigen in bovine sera by McAb Dot ELISA. Results The detection results with McAb Dot ELISA showed 100% of positive and negative coincidence rates with artificially infected bovine or non infection bovine sera, and 82 91% of average coincidence rate compared with the results of faeces hateching detection in the field. Conclusion McAb SSJ14 and Dot ELISA are suitable for detecting CA in sera of cattle with schistosomiasis japonica.
