摘要
目的 :探讨系统性红斑狼疮 (SLE)患者的胸部X线表现 ,以提高对本病的认识。方法 :分析 5 6例SLE患者的临床和胸部X线资料。结果 :5 6例SLE患者的胸部X线检查有 4 6例可见异常 ,主要表现为肺部、心脏、胸膜和膈肌的浸润。结论 :X线检查对SLE胸部病变的诊断具有重要价值 ,但其影像学表现不具有特异性 。
Objective:To study the X ray features in chest films of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods:The clinical data and all chest films of 56 cases of SLE were reviewed retrospectively.Results:Of the 56 patients with SLE,46 cases showed abnormal X ray signs in their chest films,including exudation or fibrosis of the lung,auxocardia,pleural effusion,pleural thickening and adhesion.Conclusions:Chest X ray examination plays an important role in diagnosis of SLE,and the imaging features are not characteristic.We should interpret the images combining with clinical data.
