摘要
目的:应用HPLC法对清热止咳颗粒中黄芩苷进行含量测定。方法:选用 Hypersil-ODS(5 um,250 mm×4 mm),乙腈-水-磷酸(21:79:0.1)为流动相,检测波长为 274 nm,流速为1.0 ml·min^(-1)。结果:线性范围为 0.416～2.08μg(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.5％,RSD=1.0％。结论:本法简便、灵敏、准确。
Objectives: To determine content of Baicalin in Qingrezhike Granule by HPLC. Method: Hypersil-ODS(5um,25mm x 4mm) was used, and the Acetonitrile-eater-prosphoric acid(21:79:0.1) was served as mobile phase, and it's flowrate was 1.0 ml .min-1, wave length of determining was 274 mn. Result: The linearity range was within 0.416-2.08 mg( r = 0.999 8). The average recovery was 99.5% , RSD = 1.0% . Conclusion: This method is simple, sensitive, and accurative.
