摘要
该文以单片机为核心,研制了一套应用于设施农业营养液供给的自动控制系统,进行了供液系统、控制硬件和软件、抗干扰等设计和研制,利用PID算法,提高了控制精度和响应速度。实验验证:该套控制系统能很好地满足设施农业营养液的自动供给生产要求,且成本低,运行可靠,便于推广应用。
A set of automatic control system which is controlled by sing le-chip controller have been developed in this paper.Fertilizer-mixing pip and hardware and software of the system are all be desig ned.Taking ad-vantag e of PID alg orithm,the author of the paper succeeded in improving controlling precision and enhanc-ing responding velocity.It is verified on my experiments:this automatic control system of cultural-liquit pro-viding is considered suitable to use to automatically irrig ate in facility ag riculture and it can reach producing requirement .Low-cost and hig h-reliability,this control system can be popularized as a product.
