摘要
目的探讨49例游离腓骨移植修复长管状骨大段骨缺损的手术方法和临床疗效。方法对1983～2000年间行游离腓骨移植修复大块骨缺损的患者进行随访,平均随访时间3年2个月(0.5～8年)。结果所有病例骨缺损均获满意修复,骨折端愈合时间最长5个月,最短2个月,平均3.5个月,无手术相关并发症发生。结论在治疗大块长管状骨骨缺损过程中,吻合游离腓骨移植能早期修复骨缺损及恢复肢体功能。
Objective To evaluate the surgical technique and clinical results of the repair of long and large bone defect by trans-plantation of free fibular graft in49patients.Meth ods The large bone defect paients were transplanted with free fibular graft from1983to2000year and follow up3years and2months ranging(0.5to8years).Re sults Implanted bone was fused completely.The mean period of solid bony union were3.5months(2～5m).There was no relatine complications.Con clu sionD uring treatment of long and large bone defect,transplantation of free fibular graft with varscular anastomosis trends to accelerate the repair of bone defect in early stage and recovery the of limbs function.[
