聚酰胺热熔胶是目前高级服装热熔衬和无线缝纫服装的最好原料。以生物发酵技术生产的长链二元酸为原料合成聚酰胺热熔胶的关键技术是配方设计和熔融指数的控制。经过“九五”科技攻关后,抚顺石油化工研究院生产的聚酰胺热熔胶的综合性能优良,符合JSB811-92标准。
Polyamide hot-melt adhesive is the best material for high grade garments'hot-melt liner and no string sew clothings. Formula design and control of melt index are key technologies of the synthesis of polyamide hot-melt adhesive based on long chain dibasic acid by biofermentation. After intensive research and development during the Five Year Plan period , Fushun Petrochemical Research Institute has produced polyamide hot-melt adhesive with excellent comprehensive properties, which meets the standard of JSB811-92.
