摘要
研究了南极假丝酵母 (Candidaantarctica)JWSH 112降解煤油烃的影响因素 .利用正交试验方法 ,确证了最优条件为煤油 14 ( φ/ % )、NaNO3 2 .0 gL- 1 、NaH2 PO40 .1gL- 1 、蛋白胨 2 .0 gL- 1 、初始 pH 6 .5 ,其中蛋白胨是影响JWSH 112降解煤油烃的最重要因素 .采用优化后的条件进行验证实验 ,煤油烃的生物降解率 ( 4 9.2 % )和细胞生长质量浓度 ( 1.9gL- 1 )均略高于正交试验中的最高生物降解率 ( 4 7.9% )和细胞生长质量浓度 ( 1.5gL- 1 ) .通过气相色谱定性分析发现 ,生物降解后煤油中的部分组份消失或含量明显降低 .图 6表 5参
Factors influencing biodegradation of hydrocarbon in kerosene were investigated. By orthogonal experiment method, the optimal conditions were established: kerosene 14(φ/%), NaNO 3 2.0 g L -1, NaH 2PO 4 0.1 g L -1, peptone 2.0 g L -1and initial pH 6.5. Peptone was confirmed to be the most important factor affecting the biodegradation of kerosene hydrocarbon. By adopting the optimal conditions, the biodegradation rate of kerosene hydrocarbon and DCW was 49.2%and 1.9 g L -1, respectively, higher than the highest in orthogonal experiment(47.9% and 1.5 g L -1). By using gas chromatography, some components of kerosene hydrocarbon disappeared or contents of some remarkably decreased after biodegradation. Fig 6, Tab 5, Ref 13
