摘要
研究了 7只 1.5~ 4.7岁的亚成体大熊猫对 2 3种日粮粗蛋白的表观消化率 (ADCP) ,结果为 37.86 %~83.70 % .分析表明 ,对 1.5~ 2 .5岁的大熊猫 ,粗纤维采食量与ADCP有极显著的负相关关系 (图 1) ;对 2 .5~ 4.7岁的大熊猫 ,粗纤维采食量与ADCP没有明显相关关系 (表 3) .对 1.5~ 2 .5岁大熊猫 ,随竹粗蛋白占总粗蛋白比值升高 ,ADCP呈下降趋势 (图 2 ) ;2 .5~ 4.7岁的大熊猫 ,ADCP随竹粗蛋白比例升高而呈上升趋势 (图 3) ;不同大熊猫ADCP还有个体差异 .图 3表 3参
Digestibility trials were conducted on seven sub-adult giant pandas from 1.5 to 4.7 years old. Twenty-three kinds of rations with various levels of crude protein (CP,133 to 564 g/d) were used to feed giant pandas. The apparent digestibility of crude protein (ADCP) of the diets was analyzed. The result indicated that the ADCP was 37.86%~83.70%(Tab 3). Analysis showed the different degree relationships existed between the amount of consumed crude fiber (CF) and ADCP. The significant negative relationship existed between the amount of consumed CF and ADCP for 1.5~2.5 years old pandas(Fig 1). The same relationship did not exist for 2.5~4.7 years old pandas, when 1.0~1.4 kg CF was ingested the ADCP was high(Tab 3). The ADCP was decreasing with the increase of the ratio of bamboo CP to total ingested CP for 1.5~2.5 years old pandas(Fig 2 ), while ADCP was increasing with the increasing ratio of bamboo CP to total ingested CP for 2.5~4.7 years old panda(Fig 3).
