摘要
本文对云南省农村能源综合建设的三个发展阶段进行了深入研究,提出不同发展阶段的目标和为达到其各自目标应采取的措施,指出多阶段发展是云南省农村能源综合建设的必由之路。
In this paper we explore three development stages of comprehensive construction of country side energy resources in Yunnan province, and then get out the goals of different development stages and the measures to approach each goal. We consider that the multi stage development is the only way of comprehensive construction of country side energy resources in Yunnan province
