火焰原子吸收光谱法测定淋巴细胞中微量的铜和锌

Determination of Trace Copper and Zine in Lymphocyte by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry

摘要 本文采用样品添加曲线法测定克山病非病区正常人及病区正常人潜、慢性克山病患者淋巴细胞中微量铜和锌。方法简便、快速、灵敏度高和精确度好。能有效的排除干扰 ,直线相关系数Cu :r =1 0 0 0 ,Zn :r=0 9992。相对标准偏差为 2 3%~ 6 4%。回收率为 93%~ 10 4%。结果表明 4组人群Cu水平无差异。潜、慢克山病患者Zn/Cu比值增大。 The trace copper and zine in lymphocytes among normal people in Keshan non-Keshan disease areas, or those with latent and chronic Keshan disease were determined by FAAS with sample-added curve technique. The method is simple, rapid with good precision and accuracy, and eliminates the interference effectively.,The correlation coefficients of Cu and Zn were 1.000 0 and 0.999 2, respectively. The relative standard deriations were 2.3%-6.4% and the rate of recoveries were 93%-104%. The results showed: Cu level had no difference among 4 groups, Zn level increased in those with latent and chronic Keshan disease. The Zn/Cu value of normal people in increased in those with latent and chronic Keshan disease. The Zn/Cu value of normal people in Keshan disease areas and those with latent and chronic Keshan disease also increased.
