摘要
用pH 7.6的Na2 B4 O7 HCl缓冲溶液控制溶液的酸度 ,在OP存在下 ,meso 四 (4 磺基苯基 )卟啉与Cu2 + 和Zn2 + 在沸水浴中同时起显色反应。用Mn2 + 减少试剂峰对Zn2 + 测定的影响 ,其四阶导数光谱能同时测定铜和锌。Cu2 + 在 0~ 0 .0 72mg·L- 1、Zn2 + 在 0~ 0 .0 96mg·L- 1时遵守比耳定律 ,用于茶叶中铜和锌的测定 。
In the presence of OP and in a Na 2B 4O 7 HCl buffer medium of pH 7.6, Cu 2+ and Zn 2+ react simultaneously with meso tetra(4 sulfophenyl) porphyrin heated in boiling water. The effect of the absorption peak of TPPS 4 on the determination of Zn 2+ is decreased by the addition of Mn 2+ . The simultaneous determination of Cu 2+ and Zn 2+ is performed by using the forth derivative spectrophotometry. Beer′s Law is obeyed in the range of 0~0 072mg·L -1 for Cu 2+ and 0~0.096mg·L -1 for Zn 2+ . This method has been used in the simultaneous determination of copper and zinc in tea with satisfactory results.
