摘要
介绍了对电火花成型加工中产生的电极损耗进行自动测量及自动补偿的方法。运用这一方法能提高零件尺寸、形状精度。同时实现了自动连续无人化的加工 ,尤其适用于单电极多型腔的加工 ,保证各个型腔尺寸一致。
The method of automatically measuring and compensating the electrode loss that occurring in the EDM machining was introduced. With the method the products' dimension precision and shape precision can be improved, and automatic consecutive operation without man's control can be realized as well. The method is especially suitable for the operation of single electrode and multiple cavities and can ensure the conformity of the dimension of each cavity.
