摘要
根据连铸连轧生产电工级铝杆时常见的质量问题 ,通过熔化、连铸、连轧、收线等工序 ,从化学成分、温度、速度 3个方面 ,分析了影响因素和发生原因 ,提出了改进措施。
Through the process of charge melting,continuous casting,continuous rolling and rod coiling,the captioned factors and their causes are analyzed in three respects of chemical composition,working temperatures and processing speeds with curing measures proposed.
