摘要
针对承受严重冲蚀磨损的渣浆泵过流件 ,采用砂型负压铸渗工艺制备了WC/灰铸铁基表面复合材料 ,分析了复合层的微观组织 ,检测了复合材料的冲蚀磨损性能 ,并用于渣浆泵过流件受磨损面的局部复合。结果表明 ,WC/灰铸铁基表面复合材料具有良好的微观组织结构和优异的抗冲蚀磨损性能 ,抗冲蚀磨损性是Cr15Mo3高铬铸铁的 2 7倍 ,砂芯负压铸渗工艺可进行大面积异型曲面的复合。
This thesis designed WC particle reinforced gray iron matrix surface-layer composites on parts of the slurry pump, aimed to meet severely erosive and abrasive service condition. The microstructure and erosion wear property of the composites were also researched. The results show that WC particle reinforced cast iron matrix surface-layer composites have good erosive resistance properties, The erosive wear resistance of the composite was tested to be 2.7 times of that of high chromium cast iron (Cr15Mo2), This process is fit to produce the parts of slurry pump.
