摘要
研究了电磁场对AlSi17Fe3合金组织的影响 ,系统地分析和测试了挤压后Al17Si3Fe合金的组织和性能特点。试验结果表明 ,电磁搅拌有利于AlSi17Fe3合金中金属间化合物相成细针状 ,并发生断裂 ;挤压使合金中的 β Si相和金属间化合物相发生显著的细化和均匀化 ;挤压合金的极限抗拉强度达到 2 0 0MPa ,伸长率高达 5 %。
This paper has studied the effects of electromagnetic field on the microstructure of Al17Si3Fe alloy, and analyzed the microstructure and properties characteristics of the alloy. The test results show that electromagnetic stirring can change the shape of intermetallics into fine acicular shape in AlSi17Fe3 alloy and cause the intermetallics to be broken. Hot extrusion has made β-Si and intermetallics phases finer and more homogeneous. Ultimate tensile strength of extruded Al17Si3Fe is about 200MPa, elongation about 5%.
