摘要
研究了锶的加入量对近共晶Al Si合金中枝晶α形态的影响 ,采用定量金相分析软件测量了组织中枝晶α数量 ,并通过线性拟合分析了完全变质合金力学性能与枝晶α数量之间的相关性。研究结果表明 :锶的存在促进柱状枝晶的生长并导致枝晶α数量的大幅度提高 ;力学性能指标与枝晶α数量间是高度线性相关的 ,枝晶α在提高合金力学性能中起着至关重要的作用。
Optical microscopy was used to observe and record the influence of Sr addition on morphology of the dendritic α-phase in near-eutectic Al-Si alloys. The amount of dendritic α-phase abbreviated as A with varying Sr content in the alloy was measured by quantitative metallographic analysis software. The correlation between the mechanical property of the fully modified Al-Si alloy and the amount of A were also discussed. The results demonstrate clearly that: the addition of Sr in Al-Si alloy promotes the growth of columnar dendrites and leads to a considerable increase of the amount of A. Mechanical property of the fully modified alloy was linearly related to the phase fraction of A, and dendritic α- phase played a key role in improving the mechanical property of the near-eutectic Al-Si alloy.
