对中高液压橡胶软管弹性变形造成功率损失的估算 被引量:1

Evaluation for the Power Lost Induced by the Elastic Deformation of the Rubber hydraulic Hose under High or Middle Pressure

摘要 由于液压传动设计并没明确规定“无相对位移的管接头必须用刚性管而不能用柔性管连接”,因此为了方便起见,部分液压系统中无相对位移的管接头也采用橡胶软管连接。本文计算及分析表明:橡胶软管在中高液压作用下有明显的弹性变形,以橡胶软管任意替代高压作用下的液压钢管因此会导致小容忽视的功率损失。 Because Regulations for the hydraulic transmission design have not definitely stipulate that two hydraulic pipe joints between which there is no any relative displacement must be connected by a rigid hydraulic pipe ( a steel hydraulic pipe) in stead of a flexible hydraulic pipe ( a rubber hydraulic hose) , in a part of hydraulic systems it can often been found that in order to assemble conveniently some hydraulic pipe joints having no any relative displacement have been connected by rubber hydraulic hoseso It had been proved by analysis and calculation in this article that because of the obvious elastic deformation of rubber hydraulic hoses under high or middle pressure, the power lost caused by substituting randomly steel hydraulic pipes by rubber hydraulic hoses can not be neglected.
