介绍了微粉、微波联合应用的工艺原理、特性及方法。提出了一种开发葛根饮料素材的新工艺———“双微工艺”
The principle, characteristics and methods of the technology that combines micro-powdering and microwave are described. A 'Dual-Micro Technology' for the development of lobed kudzu root beverages is suggested.
