摘要
本文试图基于世界科技中心曾经发生 4次转移的事实 ,分析相应发生的世界制造中心的 3次转移 ,并以这样的世界制造中心为标准 ,界定其基本涵义。同时 ,在简述当前经济全球化和国际分工的背景、特点的基础上 ,通过对差距和优势两方面的分析 ,对我国能否成为世界制造中心的问题表达了肯定的态度。
Probing the facts of the 4 transformations in the world technology center, this paper analyzed the relevant 3 transformations, and essential definitions were given based on the criteria of the world manufacture center. At the same time, briefly described the background of currently economic globalization and international division, based on characteristics and analyzed on both advantages and disadvantages, the answer of whether China could be a world manufacture center is definite.
