摘要
考察了在稀土、镁改性的ZSM-5沸石催化剂上,甲苯、甲醇合成高纯度对二甲苯的工艺条件和反应性能.经300h连续运转,其甲苯转化率为28%,对二甲苯选择率为98%。实验结果表明,该催化剂具有高的选择性、良好的活性稳定性、再生性及制备重复性.
The selective formation of p-xylene by alkylation of toluene with methanol over ZSM-5 zeolite catalysts modified by rare earth and magnesium was studied. The alkylation reaction of toluene with methanol (2:1 mol ratio) in the presence of N_2 at space velocity of 2h^(-1)and 460° C for 300 hrs gave 28% toluene conversion and 98% p-xylene selectivity. The regeneration and reproducibility of the catalysts are fairly good.
