摘要
在水煤气高压合成甲醇工艺中,用反应温度低、活性高、选择性好的铜系催化剂代替锌系催化剂时,合成塔的催化剂筐是关键设备。作者论述了单管折流型甲醇合成塔催化剂筐工艺参数的确定及工艺设计计算。从计算结果及生产应用情况看,其催化剂床层轴向温度变化平缓,可以满足水煤气铜系催化剂高压合成甲醇的要求。
In the methanol synthesis process from w?ter gas under high pressure by using Cu—based catalyst with low reaction temperature,high activity and good selectivity instead of Zn —based one,the catalyst basket in the reactor is the key equipment. In this paper,a catalyst basket with singlepass baffling tube was developed and some relative points such as the determination of process parameters,the calculation of process design for the catalyst basket were described. The results of both the calculation and the app—lication in the production proved that a smooth change of the temperature in the axial direction of the catalyst beds was achieved. The catalyst basket can meet the need of high pressure methanol synthesis from water gas over the Cu—based catalyst.
