摘要
用X-光电子能谱(XPS)以及热重法装置(TG)分别考察了载铜活性炭中铜的价态对CO吸附性能的影响和CO脱附动力学.结果表明,CO有选择地吸附于Cu(Ⅰ)位上,CO在Cu(Ⅰ)-活性炭上的脱附为二级过程,其活化能为24.27kJ/mol。在2×400ml双管模型装置上,对CO-N_2及CO-CO_2-N_2混合气体进行分离,CO含量可从31%、25%分别提高到98%、96%,CO的净脱附量分别为26ml/g及22ml/g,回收率约为95%。
The effects of valence states of copper supported on the activated carbon on the CO adsorp- tion performances and its desorption kinetics were investigated seperately by XPS and TG. The results show that CO may be adsorbed on the Cu(I) sites selectively and its desorption is a second order reaction with activation energy of 24. 27 kJ/mol. Using a bench-scale PSA apparatus, CO can be purified from the gas mixtures of CO-N_2 and CO-C0_2N2seperately with CO concentration increases from 31%, 25%. to 98%, 96%,net desorption of 26 ml/g,22ml/g and recovery of~95%.
