甲烷直接氧化制甲醇和甲醛

摘要 评价了甲烷直接氧化制甲醇和甲醛反应的多种催化剂,活性比较好的是V_2O_5/SiO_2,MoO_3、Cr(?)O_3/SiO_2,Fe-Mo催化剂,对醇、醛的选择性比较好的是Fe-Mo催化剂。研究了各种因素对催化剂活性和选择性影响,从反应温度对催化剂的活性和选择性影响的变化规律,归纳出甲烷直接氧化制甲醇和甲醛的宏观反应途径。甲烷直接氧化制甲醇和甲醛反应的最佳温度为475~500℃。在上述催化剂怍用下反应温度低于470℃时,产物几乎100%是CO_2,反应温度高于500℃时,产物几乎是CO和CO_2,且CO含量较CO_2含量高。催化剂载体比表面积对催化剂活性和选择性的影响较大,硅胶载体的比表面积不应过高。 Many kinds of catalyst for direct oxidation of methane to methanol and formaldehyde have been investigated. V_2O_5/ SiO_2, MoO_3 Cr_2O_3/SiO_2, Fe—Mo showed high activity, among which Fe-Mo had the highest selectivity to CH_3OH and CH_2O. Many factors.which influencd the selectivity and conversion have been studied. The possible reaction paths were infered according to the observed selectivity and conversion changes with the temperature, The proper range of temperature for the title reaction was 475C℃~500℃. In this catalytic system, the main product was only CO_2 at temperatures below 475℃. When the temperature was above 500℃, the main products were CO_2 and CO and the percentage of CO was beyond that of CO_2. The BET area of the support SiO_2 by which the selectivity and conversion were affected should not be too large.
