摘要 在工业生产中应用计算机仿真与自动控制系统可以改进生产 ,节约能耗 ,提高产品质量以及生产效率。欧美等发达国家在氧化铝生产中成功地应用了计算机仿真与自控系统 ,给企业带来了巨大的经济效益 ,而我国在这方面的发展还非常落后。在开发适合我国铝土矿资源特点的新工艺的同时重视计算机技术的应用及其技术储备 ,对缩小我国同发达国家的差距有着重要意义。 Process simulation and process control are two important tools to improve performances in the alumina plants.The domestic and foreign development of process simulation and process control for alumina industry was discussed in this paper.It is important for us to develop our computer applications in alumina industry at the same time researching the new technology fit for our bauxite resource.
