摘要
在激冷凸轮轴使用冷芯盒砂芯过程中 ,对影响造型品质的因素进行了试验和分析。通过对原砂的含水量、含坭量、粒度、原砂温度、砂芯的可使用时间、砂芯的储存条件、芯盒的设计、树脂的加入量及比例等进行试验和分析 ,寻找和调整相应的控制参数 。
Cold core box was used in the chilling cast process of shaft. Experiment and analysis were made on the factors that affect the core's property, such as water and soil content, particle size distribution and temperature of the sand, design of the core box, volume and percentage of resin, time of ready made core and storage condition. Finally , optimum parameters to obtain sound castings were given.
