摘要
经 Mo、B、V、Ti合金化和 RE变质处理的高铬铸铁 ,具有优良的抗高温磨损性能和强韧性 ,用于制造筛分高温烧结矿的振动筛筛板 ,使用寿命比 ZG30 Cr18Mn12 Si2 N耐热钢筛板提高 2倍以上。多元高铬铸铁筛板制造工艺简单 ,成本低 。
By means of Mo,B,V and Ti alloying and RE modification,high chromium white cast iron having good hot wear resistance and high strength and impact toughness is obtained.Hot sintering mineral screen plate made of above alloy has two times longer service life than ZG30Cr18Mn12Si2N's.
