20 0 1年 8月 31日 ,美国联邦储备银行第七次降息。接着 ,欧洲央行、加拿大、日本等国央行纷纷降低基准利率 ,国际上掀起了降息的热潮 。
Since August 31st 2001,it was the seventh time that The Federal Reserve Bank of US had made the interest fall.Then,the Central Bank of Europe,Canada and Japan did it as well.There was a highlight that most countries made the interest fall,which influenced Chinese economy.
