摘要 介绍了美国核管会(NRC)根据风险信息对生产与应用核设施的许可证审批(10CFR50)中的安全要求进行评估、修改和补充的技术框架,主要包括高层纵深防御策略、定量安全目标以及评估步骤等内容。从风险的角度,对核电站运行和维修管理的一些分析和应用实例进行了简要介绍。 This paper describes the USNRC technical framework for risk-informing the technical requirements of 10 CFR Part 50-Domestic Licensing of Production and Utilization Facilities. It includes the high-level defense-in-depth strategies, quantitative objectives, and implementation of the framework. The application of risk analysis and evaluation in operation and maintenance by some nuclear power plants is also briefly presented.
