摘要
以葡萄糖溶液为实验介质 ,比较了筛盘式布液装置和均流板式布液装置的布液性能 ,讨论了影响布液性能的主要因素。实验结果表明 ,均流板式布液装置优于筛盘式 ,其布液均匀 ,成膜稳定 。
Glucose solution was used as testing medium,the distributing characteristics of shift-dish type liquid distributor was compared with that of equal flow plate distributor,the main factors which effected liquid distributing characteristics were discussed.The test results presented that the equal flow plate distributor was better than that of shift-dish type,the equal flow plate distributor could distribute uniformly,form unchanged film and adopt in a wide operation range.
