摘要
耕地是农业最重要的生产资料。我国耕地总量有限 ,人均数量少 ,总体质量较低 ,在耕地数量迅速减少的情况下 ,质量亦有下降趋势。而我国人口却有增无减 ,因而耕地的可持续利用就成为国民经济可持续发展战略的重要内容。动态保持耕地数量 ,合理利用耕地 ,提高耕地质量 ,改善耕地生态条件 ,减少退化污染是耕地资源可持续利用的重要措施。
Arible land is the most important productive material,but in China it is very limited,everybody divided only a little,the size of aribleland decreasing rapidly and its quality are degrading.Because of the increase of population the land sustainable use is becoming very important to the national economy development.To preserve the number of land and reasonable use,improving quality,reforming the ecological conditions,reducing pollution and weakness all of these are important countermeasures about land resources sustainable use.
