摘要
本文研究了玫瑰花渣纤维素、半纤维素、粗脂肪,粗纤维、粗蛋白、胡萝卜素、维生素 C、灰份、钙、磷的含量,并测定其热能,为玫瑰花渣的利用提供了一定的数据。
This paper further studies the nutrition composition of rose dregs. The composition is measured from cellulose,half cellulose,crude fit, crude cellulose,crude protein,ash content calcification phosphorus caro- tene,Vc,to the heat energy providely relatively complete data for the utilization of rose dregs.
