摘要
岭澳核电站核岛底板混凝土浇筑中 ,采用低热水泥、掺高效缓凝型减水剂、降低混凝土的浇筑温度、加强养护等方法 ,减少了裂缝的出现。针对筏基B1段裂缝的原因 ,采用设置滑动层、合理配筋、利用后期强度。
In baseplate concreting of Ling'ao Nuclear Power Plant,low-heat cement was used together with high performance slow-setting water reducing additive. Concrete pouring temperature was lowered down and the curing method was improved so that cracks was less than ever. According to the cause of cracks in B1 section, a series of special measures may be taken in future practice such as setting sliding course,proper reinforcement ratio,making use of after-strength,mixing with fly ash, etc..
